Telecom Reliance Jio has jacked up tariff (tax) for prepaid plans after Vodafone Idea (Vi) and Bharti Airtel did the same.
Despite the higher prices, some of the new prepaid plans from Jio propose more value for the money spent when compared to Airtel and Vi. Acknowledging economical prepaid plans, Jio’s 2GB of data plan for Rs 155 for a month, unlimited voice calls, and 300 SMS per day. The same plan is also being provided by Airtel and Vi at Rs 179. The data plan of Rs 239 from Jio offers 1.5GB of data per day for 28 days; whereas Airtel and Vi offer the same benefits at Rs 299.

For the subscribers of Reliance Jio, it’s sensible as well as advisable to opt for a plan with more validity and other benefits.
