Recently, a survey was held by Amadeus, which is an IT firm, that provides amenities to the tourism domain that covers both global and domestic traveling. According to this survey, about 72% of Indians expressed their will to re-start traveling again from the next year. COVID-19 had obstructed people from going out and traveling. Now, as the painful pandemic is coming to an end, people’s desire to invest in tourism is also increasing.
The survey witnessed a total participation of 9,000 individuals, which comprised French, Indian, American, English, Russian, German, Spanish, and Singaporean identities. Out of these 9,000, 50% of the people wish to restart global tourism and traveling. On top of that, particularly about 57% of them want to travel to India for official business purposes. This is beneficial for India, as it will help the tourism department of India to stand up once again after the industry was hit due to the Pandemic.

Unfortunately, people could not satiate their hunger for traveling due to restrictions imposed by the international department of tourism. In response to these obstacles, on aggregate, 35% of the participants have voiced their feeling of confusion towards the regulations and restrictions imposed on them for global tourism. In India specifically, 37% of the people have voted their expression of confusion related to the rules laid down.
People are so ready to begin traveling, that 93% of the people are ready to disclose their health data to the international traveling department of their nations, and the nation visited. These participants did not hide their feelings towards traveling. Even 53% of businessmen are ready to travel to India for work, by providing their health data to the international travel authorities. The tourism department of each nation is doing its best of formulating a plan, so these people could satiate their hunger for traveling.
