Tier 1 respondents accounted for 45 percent, tier 2 for 28 percent, and tier 3, 4, and rural districts for 27 percent. When asked what type of personal travel they are planning, 11% replied “holiday destination,” 29% said “visit to family and friends,” and 29% said “other travel,” showing that the majority are planning to see family and friends as well as other miscellaneous travel.
