The Michelin-star chef said, “Indian cuisine should be known more than it is known nowadays. The largest part of Indian cuisine is unknown and yet to be discovered by the world,”. One of Tuscany’s well-known famous chefs, Marco Stabile is a great name to remember. He owns a” Michelin-starred restaurant” under his name, the culinary expert shared to his fans that he loves to look for ancient recipes and then change them into something that people will appreciate and love.
In an exclusive interaction with the master cook, he talked about his journey as a Michelin-star chef, the challenges that he faced, about Indian cuisine and the one food her would really love to try and the reason behind it. When asked about his views on Indian food, what he loved the most and what all he had tried, he said that, “ When I was in India, food for me was just like magic and it always attracted my curiosity to a much greater extent. I tasted many dishes when I was in India and I think the Indian food culture is really a never-ending discovery. Particularly, I love butter chicken, samosa, gulab jamun with saffron, garlic naan, tandoori cooking in general, and curry in every possible way (not too spicy, though).”

When further he was asked about which Indian food fascinated him the most, he said “I absolutely love tandoori masala. It’s magic to see how one particular masala (tandoori) gives food an unexpected deepness in flavour and a never-ending ‘umami’.” He informed that his love for food goes back in time, to when he was a child and he loved to stare at the kitchen table of his grandma instead of going out and playing football with his friends. He said that he always felt that he had this passion in his heart and so he followed it.
