The Novel CoronaVirus is a micro-organism that sticks to the bronchi of an individual, located in the lungs. This causes respiratory problems. However, the exercises selected must not be too exerting, as it could also result in passing out because the individual’s body is already weak.
- Provision of Vitamin D: For at least 30 mins of the day, one should absorb natural Vitamin D which is available in the sunlight. This is because Vitamin D helps you to increase your immunity.
- Balanced Diet: The individual must ensure to keep eating balanced diets, as it will provide the body with the necessary minerals, vitamins, proteins, and carbohydrates it requires.
- Ensure Good Rest: Exertion is not an action that is appreciated by our bodies after COVID. The body needs food and exercise, but with them, it also needs good rest. Regular sleep cycles help the individual to recuperate the body with new cells, which would help in sustaining and maintaining a good immune system.
- Remove Stress: During this time, stressful activities must be avoided at all causes, as it could make one’s body weaker. Instead, perform activities that encourage positivity and fun.
