Redmi, a Xiaomi sub-brand, has unveiled its first smartphone from the Note 11 series in India, the Redmi Note 11T 5G. The smartphone, as the name says, offers a 5G connection and replaces the Redmi Note 10T 5G, which launched in the nation earlier this year. However, the new phone is one mm thicker and five grams heavier than its predecessor. Other notable features include up to 8 GB of RAM, a 90 Hz display, an improved 6nm MediaTek CPU, and a quick charging method.
To begin with, the Redmi Note 11T 5G has a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a touch sampling rate of up to 240 Hz. The colors available are Aquamarine Blue, Stardust White, and Matte Black. Under the hood, we have the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC with an ARM Mali-G57 GPU. The SoC is combined with up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, which is extensible with a microSD card up to 3TB (only for the 8 GB RAM version). The Redmi Note 11T 5G has a 5,000mAh battery with 33W Pro fast charging capabilities (compatible charger in the box). In addition, the built-in battery is touted to last up to two days on a single charge.
