For people who are hesitant to buy a new smartphone online, Flipkart has introduced a new scheme dubbed ‘Love it or return it.’ Customers will be able to return a smartphone for a full refund within 15 days after purchase under the scheme. Flipkart created the initiative in collaboration with Samsung, and it is available for two premium smartphones: the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3.
This program will get you two of the most popular foldable smartphones by Samsung. Both of these smartphones have remarkable use cases due to the foldable screen. The smartphones use Qualcomm’s top-of-the-line Snapdragon 888 chipset, as well as a multi-camera configuration and a big display. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 costs Rs. 1,49,999, while the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 costs Rs. 88,999. However, the program is only available in metro cities including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, and Vadodara.

Flipkart hopes that with this initiative, over 350 million registered users on its platform will be able to make educated judgments that cater to their different preferences and enable an informed purchase, particularly for premium items. In this program, the customers can see for themselves if they like the product and then return it, if they do not.
